We currently accept the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
Mobile Payment – bKash, Nagad, and other mobile banking options. Instructions will be provided at checkout.
Bank Transfer – For bulk or subscription orders (available upon request).
We will expand our payment methods as we grow, including online gateways in the future.
Payment Instructions
If you choose Mobile Payment:

After payment, send a screenshot or reference number along with your order ID via SMS or WhatsApp.
Orders will only be confirmed after payment verification.
Order Confirmation
For COD: Your order is confirmed once you place it, and we will follow up to schedule delivery.
For digital payments: Your order will be confirmed once we receive the full payment. If payment is not received within [e.g., 6 hours], your order may be canceled.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed for prepaid orders in cases of product unavailability, damaged items, or incorrect deliveries.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 3–5 working days after verification.
For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) may be issued as mobile balance or store credit.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting our customer support team.
Prepaid orders canceled before processing will be fully refunded.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
